These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RKTech Digital website and the services we provide. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

"We", "us" and "our" refer to RKTech Digital. "You" and "your" refer to the client or website visitor. "Services" means website design, development, SEO, advertising management, social media management and related work.

2. Quotes and engagement

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are provided in Australian dollars. A project is confirmed once you accept the written quote and pay the required deposit. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it begins.

3. Fees and payment

• A deposit of 50% is required to schedule project work, with the balance due on approval prior to launch.
• Monthly retainer services are invoiced in advance at the start of each month.
• Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices are in AUD. GST applies where we are required to charge it.
• Overdue accounts may incur interest and we may suspend services until the account is settled.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, images, logins and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or approvals will move the delivery timeline accordingly. You warrant that any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Revisions and approvals

Each project includes the number of design revision rounds stated in your quote. Additional rounds are charged at our standard hourly rate. Once you approve a deliverable in writing, further changes are treated as new work.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final delivered website, designs and content produced specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks, libraries and pre-existing materials, and we retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Third-party services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, Google, Meta and payment gateways. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions or price changes imposed by those providers.

8. Performance and results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including competition, search engine algorithm changes and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead numbers or revenue. We do commit to applying professional, current and ethical practices.

9. Warranties and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit liability, our total liability is limited to resupplying the services or refunding the amount you paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.

10. Support and maintenance

Projects include 30 days of post-launch support for defects in our work. This does not cover new features, content changes or issues arising from third-party updates or changes made by you. Ongoing care plans are available separately.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for fees for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
